Data-harmonization efforts by Web3D, DICOM and HL7 are working to support medical visualization, analytics, and publication of electronic medical records. Much work has been done by the Web3D Consortium Medical Working Group with more underway. Web3D Members: Virginia Tech,  3dMD and HL7 share their work in 3D visualization of EHR. What else is needed to make 3D capabilities available to support everyone?
