Use this form for Lightning Demos on Wednesday, 10 Sep 2025. 

  • Demonstration Showcase enable artists, content designers, and developers to share their innovative 3D work at the conference. Artwork and applications developed for various platforms, including the Web, desktop, mobile, and VR/AR systems, are welcome. Lightning Talks/Demos with short 5 -10 minutes demonstrations. 
    • Include names, affiliations, and contact information, title of the demonstration, and a short summary including: technology and tools used, use case and market readiness and discussions. 
    • Submission Deadline Noon, Wednesday, 10 Sep 2025.
Demonstartion
Information about your Demonstartion.
The title of the demonstration. This is used in the program and other promotional material. Some editing for space and aesthetic purposes may be done by the conference organizers.
Describe your submission in English prose. This is used for the program and other promotional material.
Enter each presenter one per line in the format below. Commas (',') and spacing are important. This information is used in the program and other promotional material. "last/family-name, first/given-name, Affiliation/Organization, email"

Info about the primary contact person. This is used to get in touch if there are any questions or concerns with the presentation submission.

Tutorials and Workshops require an abstract. It is not necessary for other submissions. The abstract is used in the program and other promotional material.
For HAnim Competition videos, enter the duration in minutes and seconds in the form [M]M:SS. For other submissions, enter the desired duration for the presentation. It may be necessary to make changes to your presentation if there is insufficient time available. Lightning Talks are limited to 10 minutes, maximum.
The URL for the document OR a folder containing the document and all other material. It is OK to have ZIP files to group content, especially if they are in structured directories. All X3D files MUST be ZIPped with all necessary external files, including images, audio, and other X3D files. Movie files must be MP4 with a freely available codex.
