X3D Example Archives: X3D4AM, X3D for Advanced Modeling, Large Language Models

This chapter shows initial experiments asking Claude Code Large Language Model (LLM) to create simple X3D models. These are corrected versions of the originals that are minimally modified for cataloging purposes.

See ClaudeCodeSimpleModelHtmlX3DOM.html (screenshot) for first response, which utilized X3DOM.

Claude Code Simple Model Model generated by Claude Code, with small cleanups: Orbiting Primitives with Textures, using url links to open-source Wikimedia, only one of which worked. Four textured 3D primitives — sphere, box, cone, cylinder — orbiting on an animated platform.
Claude Code Simple Model Textured Model generated by Claude Code, with small cleanups: Orbiting Primitives with Textures, using url links to open-source Wikimedia, only one of which worked. Four textured 3D primitives — sphere, box, cone, cylinder — orbiting on an animated platform.
Claude Code Simple Model Textured Data Model generated by Claude Code, with small cleanups: Orbiting Primitives with Textures using hexadecimal-data encoding of image pixels, each of which was encoded at low resolution. Four textured 3D primitives — sphere, box, cone, cylinder — orbiting on an animated platform.
