Good progress.  Our math is improving and the XML export paid off 
immediately when we added the prompts and responses to the XML 
waypoints. Very much better.

It is important to remember what an LLM is and what it does well:  use 
text.  When working on a system the exports are incredibly helpful to 
the LLM writing code.  Feed that back to them and they analyze it and 
spot improvements.  Today it was expanding the semantic dictionary used 
to nudge the field vectors.

Of course, but those who think of them as stochastic parrots miss the 
big picture.  It really is ensemble work, just like working groups, band 
and theatre.  Call and reponse.  Then calibrate.  Any instructor or 
director knows this pattern.
