Environment lighting (just like any kind of lighting, actually) is not part
of any glTF spec. I believe I mentioned it numerous times :)

And, in X3D, we're not ready to put this in spec (which is also my fault --

. The EnvironmentLight node I propose there is not yet finalized, no browser
(including my own CGE/view3dscene) has actually implemented it fully so far,
I would absolutely veto from including this in spec (even *if* glTF included
it in spec, but it doesn't). It will come, but we need to work on it more :)
