[x3d-public] Off topic: where’s , how’s John?

Off topic:  I woke up with anxiety.  Ugh!  Going off omeprazole, and then
maybe aspirin as these were recently added.   Hopefully I can nip this in
the bud, so I don’t suffer 11 years like last time.   I don’t really like
the “take the pill” solution, and I think reducing my med regimen
(including aspirin) helped 3 years ago.

So I’ll probably be doing less volunteering, and doing more self care until
I feel better.
