[x3d-public] Do we want SAI for JSON? Suggested JavaScript library to refactor

This is a prototype implementation of routes for JSON (in JavaScript) 
(includes tests).  Remember this?

Has been posted before, but no one is interested?  I see something on 
wish list about JSON and SAI?

Can we easily standardize/refactor this?  I would be glad to contribute 
it to any effort!

I added a get proxy late in the game.  I am not sure if it works 
properly or not.  There was an issue that get was returning old values, 
or some such.
