LoadSensorPrototype.x3d using X_ITE

X_ITE X3D Browser   LoadSensor prototype for VRML 97 use, emulating X3D4 capabilities. Assumes correct loading of resources and provides output events based on timeOut delay. This design eventually led to adoption of LoadSensor in X3D 4.0 Architecture.
