We plan to use the Web3D teleconference lines for events outside LACC.

Meetings:

08:00-10:00: Integrate new CAD models into X3D Basic Examples Archive - CAD
10:00-13:00: CAD Working Group

14:00-16:00: Xj3D Source code working session
16:00-17:30: Humanoid Animation (H-Anim) Working Group
17:30-18:00: (optional) Taxi to convention center if needed, but preferred is to stay at the hotel. Please call to confirm location.

18:00-19:00: AR Reference Model – ISO SC24 and ISO SC29 joint effort to develop an AR Reference Model
19:00-20:00: 3D compression/format harmonization – SDO Collaboration (Web3DC, MPEG, and Khronos)
after: dinner for whoever wants to go out together

Saturday and Sunday, August 4-5: We3b3D 2012 Conference Program

Monday-Thursday, August 6-9: all Web3D events at SIGGRAPH are listed on our Web3D @ SIGGRAPH 2012 calendar.

We may have another Xj3D Source code working session... to be discussed on source@web3d.org mailing list
