Will we have Grand Prize, 1st Prize, 2nd Prize, etc.? Don said Anita H. will solve this for us.

We usually give credit to our donors. For example, if it is Web3D Conference then we have rules for donors who come year after year. If the donors are not regulars then it is a Web3D Consortium rule set in effect.

Don reminded us about the IPR on Happy Birthday. The infringement case was closed and rule to be in the Public Domain. MWL wants the X3D/H-Anim authors to have a lot of creative freedom. We discussed which limiting factors should be part of the contest rules. MWL wants submissions to include proof of Public Domain music.

3. Don will change the Web3D calendar to reflect our decision to meet the first and third Wednesday of the month. So our next teleconference will be Wed, 04 Nov 2015 at 5:00 PDT (05 Nov 2015 9:00 am KST)

We adjourned the meeting at 9:00 pm EST
