[x3d-public] Sunrize X3D Editor Now Available as Windows Setup

Initially my laptop's Norton anti-virus software balked, sending it to
their repository for checking...  another 171MB and mayb 50 seconds later,
it came back and said the installer (plus a "squirrels" file) passed
satisfactorily.  Hopefully Norton will remember that!

Everything launched satisfactorily.  I loaded a local file and everything
was great!  Thanks for excellent work.
