[x3d-public] announce: update releases for X3D Schematron and the X3DJSAIL Java library

Yes, a multi-headed distributed supercomputer would be nice!  Then I would
convert all my xargs to GNU parallel!

I've got quite a few cores on this beast, but I don't want to overheat it,
and memory is limited.
