[x3d-public] Issues with Color and missing Text, AllenDutton.x3d, upgrading to HAnimV2

Apparently, the images are not in the sourceforge repository (searched for
gree* and clone*, so I will remove them from AllenDutton.x3d unless the
images can be recovered from revision control.
