[x3d-public] Belayed: Take down X3DJSONLD+JSON Validator website

I have created X3DJSONLD 12 and repaired the X3D JSON validator on my
website.

If you go to my main site, https://coderextreme.net/ , you will see them
listed.

X3DJSONLD 11 is still available, but with the new architecture, both X_ITE
and X3DOM are supported on the same page, via iframes.

This would have been a lot of work for me, maybe a number of months, but
with a "friend" I was able to get it down in quick order. I repaired the
validator site myself. Most of my work included upgrading to ES6+
templates.

Any suggestions, comments, bug reports are welcome.

I think you will like the new layout.

Next, I will work on responsiveness, Proto Expander for BoxEm.* and maybe a
few XML to JSON problems that crop up.

PLY to JSON and JSON to PLY should be heavily tested, realizing my geometry
inclusion is limited to Sphere, Box, Cylinder, Cone and IndexedFace set.

If someone wants to convert a Humanoid to STL or PLY, we should discuss. I
should be able to provide an "offline" mode.

Sorry about the validator outage.

John
