[x3d-public] HAnimDisplacer effect on coord.point

Perhaps we should just make the coord field optional with Segment and Site
displacers?  If not specified, look in HAnimHumanoid.skinCoord, or make the
search for coords hierarchical.  As Joe says, a cascade.
