I have a new X3DJSAIL jar, etc if people want to validate standards-based
HAnim. I believe there are 3 changes to support the HAnim standards. More
are probably required for alternate container fields. I will handle things
as they come.
If anyone has ways to load an encoding into x3d.py scenegraph, speak up.
