I recommend posting a Draft Corrigendum for Sound Component, with markup
showing changes from v4 based on zoom-meeting/process-consensus approved
changes, and (in different color) undecided-proposed-changes for discussion.
Then other implementers have a place to start, and can add to the
discussion.

Additional suggestion:
put number of implementations beside each node in the spec page, in DRAFT
light gray, so those making design changes can consult with implementors,
and so readiness for publishing can be quickly determined..
