I’m trying to figure out how to combine interactive (non) fiction, chaotic
parser generators, search engines, mail/forums, and prompt engineering.  I
want to create “live” news along the lines of Bret Victor’s way to
program—“Stop Drawing Dead Fish”.  Specifically, an interactive
self-teaching series, rather than canned courses or news.   What if the WWW
was customized for each person?

How about an Interactive News Environment (INE)?
