[x3d-public] Status of X3DJSAIL are setMaterial setting containerField

Don, where are we on making setMaterial call setContainerField where
necessary, or making X3dToJava.xslt call setContainerField in output code?

I think this is still on the to do list and thus I won’t be doing anything
until you choose a design pattern.
