[Source] Library Only Releases

I'd like to move Xj3D over to a library only release. This would mean
dropping the current installer. It doesn't work with must 64 bit
systems anyways. While it could be fixed I don't have the cycles to do
that.
If we did this it will be very easy to return to regular releases.
I think this is how most people are using the library now anyway. Ie
the target audience are other 3D programmers and application
developers. The browser installer was always a convenience to gain more
users. At the time there were not other standalone X3D players
available. Since then many new codebases have become available and are
multi-platform as well. So I don't feel like the X3D community will
experience a big loss if we go that direction.
Thoughts?
If people agree then I'd like to wrap the current CVS head as the final
2.0 release. From there we can change the runtime requirements to Java
1.6.
