[AI] Missing meta statements for content generated with vibe coding, validating AI generated “X3D” encoded slop

I ran into a few issues with AI generated X3D slop:

1) missing meta statements

2) Improperly encoded files
A) Missing X3D JSON property name prefixes
B) Missing containerFields
C) Coordinate nodes with no geometry

What are people’s prompt mitigation strategies for this? Can AI employ
DTD, Schema, Schematron, Validation and RLHF to improve output quality?
Please research this! I am hoping to hear better stories about AI agents
as I don’t use them.

Are there other ways AI is failing to produce good content after a few
prompts? One story I have is that I attempted to drop a sheet on a
mirrored ball, and the result was a tiny tableau sitting on top of the
ball, but below the sheet. I regenerated the prompt after the 7th try and
started a new chat, and the result was even worse! I don’t think this is
unsual. I find AI loses attention after around 200000 tokens.
