For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions given in parts 1 and 2 of ISO/IEC 19775 and the following apply.

auxiliary object

any array placeholder object that is required by the various service requests defined in this part of ISO/IEC 19777

3.2
built-in object

any object supplied by an ECMAScript implementation, independent of the host environment, which is present at the start of the execution of an ECMAScript program
