Sure. All 3D PDFs are viewable on a Mac. Here are 5: http://www.kaon.com/3DPDF.html

One catch: You need to install Adobe Reader 7 (www.adobe.com). Most Mac users view PDF files using the built-in "Preview" program which is orders-of-magnitude faster than Adobe Reader. Unfortunately Preview doesn't have 3D rendering capability, and also lacks javascript support. (I suppose that's part of the reason it's so darn fast -- they left out the really heavy stuff.)
