[x3d-public] Xj3D Dev Release

I wouldn't normally announce these here but a lot of bugs have been 
fixed recently that where brought up on this list.  So:

We have a new dev release of Xj3D available.  This time we have provided 
installers as well as the normal dev packages.
The runup to version 1.0 has begun.  Please use this test release to 
find final issues with Xj3D before release 1.0.  Please use Xj3D's 
bugzilla database to record problems with this install.  bugzilla.xj3d.org
