For any given vocabulary, there can be multiple schemas or DTDs 
according to the purpose for validation.   That is an accepted 
fact and practice in XML communities of discourse.

A schema or DTD acts as a control type.  It should be constructed 
with a precise understanding of what aspect of the vocabulary or a 
processor of the vocabulary the user must control.   Otherwise, 
as a type definition, it is too weak to be of much use.

It is useful to have a CONOPS (Concept of Operations) statement 
for such items.

Maybe I'll write another XML DTD myself. Um, one that doesn't have
containerField.
