not exactly helpful in your case, but what might help might be to not use
HTML for your new e-mails (see Outlook options for that) but plain text or
use a different stationnary (template) for your HTML e-mail (preferrably a
blank one)
also you could try editing your "signature" settings (at the Tools/Options
menu) in case it helps
