nope, you set Outlook to use "Restrictred sites" zone and you set that zone
to use its default security setting which is "High"
IE's pages are usually viewed in Internet and Intranet zones (I suggest
setting those to "Medium" security [press "Default" button first if they're
set to "Custom" security, then drag slide to set to medium])
I also suggest setting "Trusted sites" zone to "Medium" too, not Low (medium
allows activeX controls if they're signed and user replies they trust that
control's signer [plus if certificate of signer from VeriSign etc. is valid
and hasn't expired])
access those settings from Outlook/Outlook Express tools/options dialog or
from IE's tools/internet options menu or from the windows contol panel, at
Internet Options
