Octaga Developing 3D Distribution Platform for Norsk Hydros HydroVR
Oslo, - June 30, 2007. Hydro has chosen Octaga Player for distribution of 3D geological and seismic data. Norsk Hydro AS has entered into collaboration with Octaga AS with the aim to use Octaga Player presentation viewer for HydroVR.
HydroVR is Hydros powerful tool for analysis and inspection of geological and seismic data in virtual immersive environments. Efficient converters to ISO X3D are being developed. Then the 3D models can easily be distributed and presented for a wider user group with Octaga Player.
