[x3d-public] Format conversion workflow tool

Once I created a tool for reporting which tools to use in converting
between 2D and image formats.

I could rebuild it to include text prompts,  3D and video.

My programming language of choice will probably be SWI prolog for
inferencing.

Anyone interested?
