[x3d-public] Mantis 326: 35.4.3 Viewport - Clipping Plane Clarification

Hi Nicholas.  Here is a vintage Mantis issue that you submitted - thanks for
that original effort.  Dick and I looked at it. but not sure if it still
needs to be addressed or not, especially given numerous improvements found
in X3D4.  Would you mind looking at it again?  Suggested specification
prose, closure, or deferral to X3D4.1 are all suitable responses.

"The clipping should be better explained. Should it work like a viewport in
