You’re plotting requirements or you have a requirement for plotting?  If
the later, try to suss out from the customer what they’re trying to achieve
with the massive plot, and solve that problem, not the millions of points
plotting problem.

Otherwise, look for supercomputer based plotting systems, not something for
the web.
