[x3d-public] Review of X3D C language bindings -- corrected links

One thing I haven’t tried with current version is creating a PROTO  or
Proto with  v3.3 and my serializers, which appear here:

I will make this a priority, and i will attempt to get a community version
of MSVC++

I’m not familiar with C# and would prefer not.
