[x3d-public] build a 3D Open Directory from DMOZ?

Starting preparations, platform choices like WebXR vs OpenXR vs MicroSoft
being made, starting to work with actual data.  Maybe we can discuss a
bit @ Dec 9th meeting?

An idea would be to interface DMOZ into MicroSoft apps with C# (other?).
