For example,
Running ant in x3dschema (https://github.com/coderextreme/x3dschema),
there is more than one warning on several files:
runone:

/c/x3d-code/www.web3d.org/x3d/content/examples/Basic/ChemicalMarkupLanguage/Histamine.json
with classpath

net.jimblackler.jsonschemafriend.Schema <init>
[java] WARNING: No match for
file:/home/coderextreme/x3dschema/x3d-4.0-JSONSchema.json#/$defs/@geoSystem
I don't know why @geoSystem is being referenced in a Chemical scenegrap,
so I suspect that the problem is the schema. I don't know if Ajv is
still reporting the prefix-items issue previously seen, I will try to
rerun under X3DJSONLD.
I suggest someone else try to reproduce the issue using jimblackler's
jsonschemafriend tool.
