[x3d-public] Progress on Ajv for X3DJSONLD (web)

Progress is advancing on Ajv for X3D4.   The base validator seems to parse
and now I’m dealing with uri and uri-reference formats.

If anyone wants to help with
ES6 imports, require, rollup, webpack or browserify, great!
