[x3d-public] HAnim hand model improvements, small geometryimprovements needed

I’m not finished with this, but in order to get some v2 LOA4 Joint centers for the feet, I used the right foot skeleton model in the medical archives, scaled it to a reasonable size with position of HAnim Part 1 Annex A pose, then plotted some joint centers and some Site locations.
