[x3d-public] Next goal: clean X3DJSONLD build

My next goal is a clean build of X3DJSONLD.   I am taking out various
nashorn items in the build, and working on reports from Java compilation
and running of examples.

The testing of X3DJSONLD continues with Java and Node.js example files.
There are some HAnim issues from files copied from the X3D resource
archives.

If anyone wants to follow along and check my work:

git clone https://github.com/coderextreme/X3DJSONLD

cd X3DJSONLD

npm install
