[x3d-public] SAI USE changes

x3dom currently ignores changes to the USE attribute. Should x3dom try
to replace the referenced node with the referenced node from the
changed attribute ?

I think SAI does not cover this directly. With SAI you would set a
node field value to a new value. The new value would be from
.getNode('newUSEname') call.

Is there another SAI function or angle to changing an existing USE node ?

x3dom does cover replacing the complete node element (with a new USE
attribute) which seems equivalent.
