[X3D-Public] Is there a 'base url' for VRML/X3D browsers?

If you use object or embed then one problem is that the HTML browser
may put the scene in sort of a 'sandbox' with your base url actually
running isolated in its browser cache. The X3D player loading error
may show where in local cache it was actually looking for the assets.
The only alternative I have found is to use the full url. I haven't
checked lately what various html browsers are doing with embedded
content.
Good Luck,
Joe
