The NPS MOVES team is proud to announce the beta release of X3D-Edit 3.2.
X3D-Edit is an Extensible 3D Graphics authoring tool for simple error-free editing, authoring and validation of X3D scenes. It is a complete rewrite of version 3.1 using the Java Netbeans platform and Xj3D, all open source.
Tested satisfactorily on Windows and Mac, both standalone and as a plugin for Netbeans users. Linux editing works tho Xj3D refresh is not yet ready. Further development continues with build updates each week. Feedback is welcome, we hope that you enjoy using it.
