LAS VEGAS, NV - May 29, 2007: The Project, LLC today announced the release of its range of Extensible 3D Avatars in the adults-only Jewel of Indra virtual world “The new Extensible Avatar takes interaction within the virtual world and with other residents of the world to a whole new level.” Said Project CEO (who prefers to be called by her in-world name, ‘badgirl’), “when using the avatar the resident can switch between up to 66 different outfits allowing them to choose clothing, or a lack thereof, that suits their mood and any activity they want to participate in. For example an avatar might start off dressed in a t-shirt and skirt, but the resident might decide to change into a ball gown, a bikini, a swimsuit or a bondage outfit.” The new avatars are exclusively for use in the Jewel of Indra virtual community, and will support over 980 gestures, some of which allow the resident to play musical instruments, fight, dance, and take part in many different sexual activities. Jewel of Indra is based on Web3D technology VRML 2.0.
