AlpharisAlpharis is an internet content and knowledge manager that displays information using a mix of 3D, 2D, XML data, interactivity and network communication. It can be used for e-learning, interactive e-books, marketing presentatioin, and collaborative engineering. Alpharis is based on non-proprietary formats, using X3D for presenting 3D objects and XML for storing information and representing the 2D panels. It uses the OGRE 3D engine for rendering, CEGUI for UI, CyberX3D as an X3D handler and its own XML scripting language for handling 2D interactivity.  Alpharis can also be used an an X3D viewer, with support for the interchange profile.
