With significant improvements in performance with larger CAD models, Octaga has met the challenge of visualizing complex models by incorporating innovative 3D graphics technologies in their recently released Octaga Player 2.3.0.4.
The new version is now capable of displaying more than 30 million polygons with the same performance.
Other improvements in Octaga Player 2.3.0.4 include:
• Improved performance on animations
• Improved collision detection
• Improved support for advanced shaders through the RenderBuffer node
• New script methods for improved interactivity
This version enhances the overall usability of the player. New improvements also include the visual impact of interactive presentations, with sharper and brighter
images. The higher frame rate and improved functionalities in the viewer allow a wider range of model sizes and complexity.
