I/ITSEC 2007 is rapidly approaching!
Some I/ITSEC HIGHLIGHTS: This year’s program is packed with unique opportunities. Some familiar, some brand new. You’ll want to plan for:
- Congressional M&S Caucus Panel Session, 0830 Monday
- Tutorials begin at 1030 Monday with an extraordinary selection of learning opportunities
- Opening Ceremonies, 0830 Tuesday with Keynoters General Looney, Air Education and Training Command and General Welch (Ret.), Institute for Defense Analysis
- General / Flag Officer Panel, 1030 Tuesday includes International Panelists this year
- Medical Simulation, “Meeting the Challenge. Fulfilling the Promise. Saving Lives”: 1400 Tuesday
- Warfighters’ Corner: Multiple Opportunities, beginning 1400 Monday
- Joint Training Transformation: Multiple Opportunities, beginning 1500 Tuesday

REGISTRATION: http://www.iitsec.org/registration.cfm. Advance Attendee Registration Pricing through Monday 5 November. Online registration will remain open through the conference, but rates increase by $50 in all categories. If you are in the U.S. and register prior to 13 November, your tickets will be sent directly to you. Otherwise, stop by a badge pick-up station or a full service registration counter upon arrival to pick up your name-badge for access to the Conference and Exhibits (as well as your meeting bag and lunch tickets).
A final reminder of the options for avoiding the long lines at the Main Registration desks. Satellite registrations, open from Noon-6 on Sunday, 7-6 Monday, and 7-noon Tuesday, are as follows:
--SPEAKER (including Paper Presenters) and MEDIA registrants:Hall D Lobby, near Room W221C.
--VIPs: up the escalator from Hall E Entrance.
--INTERNATIONAL ATTENDEES REGISTRATION: in the Lobby just to the left of the Hall C Entrance
-- Peabody, Rosen Centre, Rosen Plaza, International Plaza and Wyndham...FULL SERVICE registrations. Look for signage, as well as information sheet upon check-in.
--BADGE PRINTING Stations: Near Main Registration (for those who are fully registered, just need to pick up their badges/holders/supplies).
--SELF REGISTRATION Stations: Near Main Registration (for those who need to complete or finalize registrations)
-- Especially for (but not limited to) EXHIBITORS: Westwood Entrance registration (from back parking lot). Open Friday 8 AM, through Wednesday noon.
REGISTRATION for CEUs for Tutorials and selected Papers and for the PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT COURSES held on 30 November is separate from the I/ITSEC Registration site. See http:// www.ce.ucf.edu/iitsec.

HOTEL/LODGING: Central Reservations for lodging (http://www.iitsec.org/lodging.cfm) is open through 20 November. While some dates/hotels may show as sold out, the situation changes daily. Additional Per Diem Rooms have been blocked at the Best Western to alleviate some of the challenges. Please Note: If you are holding a room or rooms through I/ITSEC Thursday but expect you may check out early, please release those nights now so that others may pick them up.
CHANGE IN BUS SERVICE THIS YEAR: The I/ITSEC Shuttle will run until 9 PM Monday, 10 PM Tuesday and Wednesday, and 11 PM Thursday to allow riders service for Hospitality events on Tuesday and Wednesday and the Banquet on Thursday.
